2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should include the client's name, registered email address, service purchased, relevant invoice or project reference number and reason for cancellation.

Our team will review the request and communicate the cancellation status and any applicable conditions.

3. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before work on their project has started. Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the agreed project terms, payment processing charges and any preparatory work already performed.

4. Cancellation After Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested after project work has begun, charges may apply for services already performed, development hours, completed milestones, purchased resources or other non-recoverable project expenses.

Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the outstanding or uncompleted portion of the contracted services and the applicable agreement.

5. Recurring Services and Subscriptions

For ongoing services such as SEO management, website maintenance, advertising management or monthly digital marketing packages, clients may request cancellation of future service periods.

Cancellation takes effect according to the notice period and billing terms agreed upon when the service was purchased. Any work already completed or charges incurred before the effective cancellation date remain payable.

6. Third-Party Services and Expenses

Payments made to third-party providers, including domain registrars, hosting companies, software vendors, advertising platforms, licensing providers and other external services, may be subject to separate cancellation and refund conditions.

7. Refunds Following Cancellation

If a refund is approved, the client will be informed of the approved amount and applicable processing details.

8. Project Deliverables and Access

Following cancellation, access to ongoing services, campaign management, maintenance or project resources may be discontinued in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Ownership and delivery of completed work, source files, creative materials and other deliverables will be determined by the agreed project terms and the client's payment status.
